By accessing and using Tongues ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Tongues is a developer tool that provides internationalization (i18n) management, translation services, and localization utilities for software projects. The service includes:

• Command-line interface (CLI) tools
• Web-based translation management
• API access for automated translations
• GitHub integration for continuous localization

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Usage and Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription plan. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. Translation API usage is tracked for billing purposes.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
